- The customer must accept full responsibility for the cost and safe return of any item for which you require an exchange or refund. G. Sheffield & Sons Ltd. accept no liability for any item until safely received at our registered premises.

The company reserves the right to refuse all exchanges or refunds requested after 30 days of the order being dispatched.

All items, purchased on our website, returned for exchange or refund are subject to a thorough examination of condition. The company reserves the right to refuse all returned items if deemed not to be in the same perfect condition supplied to the customer.

All items received by the company will be processed within 30 days.

We will only refund Postage costs when either the item has a clear manufacturing fault or an error has occurred for which we accept full responsibility.
- All items purchased in store can be exchanged within 30 days, with the receipt, in pristine condition, not worn, in the original box.
